Does The Custom Mama carry stock?

Everything is made to order.  Once you have placed your order, I will place an order with my  vendors. 

Can I pick up locally?

 

Yes! For local orders (Midland, Tx) , I will place a weekly order to be shipped to me and set outside in a pickup bin with your name on it.  You will not be charged shipping if you choose to pick up your order. 

Pickup times are Monday-Saturday 9am-7pm.  If you can not pick up during these hours, shoot me an email or DM and I can make other arrangements only if I am made aware ahead of time. 

How long does shipping take?

Shipping can vary depending on the product ordered.  Most apparel takes 1-5 days.  Other items will vary.  You can message me if you have questions about specific items.  Holidays sometimes slows shipping speeds as well. 

I saw a design I liked and it is not on the site, can The Custom Mama get it made?

For most designs, Yes! Fill out the Customize form here and attach a picture.  The only exception is if there is are trademarks or licensing rights on it, then I can not get it made.  

I want a specific type of shirt/product. Do you offer specific brands?

Yes! Check out the customize page for some of the apparell brands I offer and if you’re wanting one not listed, fill out the customize form and I will look into whether or not I can get it. 

I saw a customized product on Etsy, but I don't see it on your site. Can you get this item?

More than likely, depending on what type of item it is! You would be surprised how many things can be printed on and customized.  Fill out this form and I’ll look into it and get you pricing! 

I have a design in mind to have customized but do not see it on your site and can not find a picture of it. Can you make it?

More than likely yes.  However, if looking for a logo design, pricing for the logo design will be added to the item cost.

Do you sale bulk items?

Yes, send me an email and I can look into bulk pricing if ordering 15 or more of an item. 

What is your return policy?

 All sales are final.  If something is physically wrong with the item or the printing quality, it can be returned and I will get you a replacement, refund, or store credit.  The exception to this is for customized items, if it is a customer error in spelling or design, I can not refund you or replace the item.  Another item with the correct info will have to be purchased.

How many proofs do I get with a custom design?

I will send up to 2 proofs if necessary before sending to print.  Please make sure everything is exact before approving for me to send off for print.  Not all items require proofs. 

Does every item have to be customized?

No! I have lots of designs that are ready to order, no customization necessary.
